There is no time like the present to learn how meditation can bring more perspective, peace, and wellness to your life. Join Rebecca Narva weekly on Wednesdays, 7-8pm in the LOUNGE 201 Living Room for a light meditation session.
This class is limited to 12 people, and will provide simple information about meditation and how to meditate without any religious dogma. Beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome. This is a free and secular class, will last about an hour with introduction and discussion afterwards. Rebecca Narva is a meditation student of 20 years and will be guiding the class as a fellow learner.
